Position: German Customer Advisor
Location: Greece (Remote or Onsite)
Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide highquality customer service to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries technical issues and servicerelated questions.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular followup.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong problemsolving skills and customeroriented mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work either remotely or onsite in Greece.
