Position: German Customer Advisor
Location: Greece (Remote or Onsite)
Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality customer service to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries technical issues and servicerelated questions.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular followup.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problemsolving skills and customeroriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work either remotely or onsite in Greece.
