Job Title: ErpNext Implementation Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ErpNext Implementation Consultant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional services to our clients. In this role you will be responsible for implementing ErpNext a powerful and customizable ERP software for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business processes and requirements and then configure and customize ErpNext to meet their specific needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
- Configure and customize ErpNext to meet clients specific needs
- Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use ErpNext effectively
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients using ErpNext
- Stay uptodate with the latest features and updates of ErpNext
- Collaborate with our team of experts to continuously improve our implementation processes and methodologies
- Participate in presales activities including product demonstrations and proposal development
- Travel to client sites as needed for implementation and training purposes
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing ErpNext or similar ERP software
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows
- Experience in configuring and customizing ERP software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
