Position Overview:
We are seeking a German Speaking Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. In this role you will be responsible for managing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers ensuring that each store owner receives regular quality interactions that contribute to stock optimization sales growth and enhanced business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account management of a designated territory comprising a minimum of 90 independent retailers.
- Conduct weekly quality phone calls to store owners focusing on advancing their stock holding promoting appropriate new releases providing valuable product sales insights and nurturing positive business relationships.
- Utilize your fluency in German to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new product releases sales promotions and market trends ensuring effective communication of relevant information to retailers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics for assigned retailers identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in account management sales or customer service preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proactive attitude with a resultsdriven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets and expectations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Barcelona and manage a designated territory of independent retailers.
