We are looking for a GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Malta. This is a fantastic opportunity for fluent German speakers who are passionate about travel and customer service. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Germanspeaking customers helping them plan and book their perfect trips while resolving any inquiries they may have.
You will be an integral part of our customer service team ensuring that each customer has a positive and seamless experience with our company. Your ability to communicate effectively solve problems and provide excellent service will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to incoming calls emails and live chat inquiries from Germanspeaking customers assisting them with travel bookings cancellations modifications and general travel inquiries.
- Travel Consultation: Provide expert advice on destinations travel products and services guiding customers to make informed decisions and create memorable travel experiences.
- Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner ensuring a satisfactory outcome for the customer.
- Booking Management: Assist customers with the booking process including changes and cancellations while ensuring all details are accurately captured and processed in our system.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends promotions and company offerings to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers.
- FollowUp: Conduct followup calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales and operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system for reporting and future reference.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies procedures and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken) is a must. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) is also required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Customer Service Orientation: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a proactive solutionoriented approach to customer issues.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations demonstrating empathy and patience.
- Basic Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems and software with a quick aptitude for learning new tools and technologies.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and customer data.
- Previous Experience: Experience in customer service call center or the travel industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Malta if currently residing abroad. A relocation package is available for the right candidate.
- OnSite Availability: Must be based in Malta and willing to work fully onsite in our modern office.
