Position Overview:
We are seeking an ItalianSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Athens. In this role you will be responsible for providing highquality customer support to our Italianspeaking users across various social media platforms. This is an onsite position and we offer a relocation package for candidates relocating from abroad including flight tickets to Athens and accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via social media channels including Facebook Twitter and Instagram.
- Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues complaints and requests in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner demonstrating genuine care and understanding for their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends feedback and customer sentiment and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and personalized support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
- Willingness to work onsite in Athens and be part of a multicultural team.
