Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager at Innovatrics, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by forging new partnerships and expanding existing strategic accounts across Europe, with the potential to influence the broader EMEA region. This senior role will allow you to shape the company’s market strategy, directly contributing to our long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic plans to enhance B2B and B2G sales in the EMEA region, thereby contributing significantly to Innovatrics' revenue and growth. Your responsibilities will include establishing new business relationships while maintaining robust connections with key accounts to ensure their long-term success. You will enhance customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service and engaging consistently with strategic partners.

Identifying new business opportunities will be a critical aspect of your work. You will conduct research on customer needs and market trends, scheduling meetings to discuss potential solutions tailored to their requirements. Representing Innovatrics at industry exhibitions and events will also be key, allowing you to showcase our innovative solutions and drive business development.

Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work closely with consulting, delivery, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Optimizing sales processes will be part of your duties, which includes preparing detailed proposals and responding to international tenders.


Desired candidate profile

Desired Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in business development within the software or biometric technology sectors. A strong track record in B2B/B2G sales, particularly with the ability to close corporate-level deals, is essential. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating confidence in client-facing roles.

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is a significant advantage. Experience with biometric technologies, including AFIS/ABIS solutions, is highly preferred. Strong strategic thinking, research, and analytical abilities will enable you to identify and capitalize on market opportunities effectively. Flexibility and a willingness to travel regularly throughout the EMEA region are also necessary.
