Key Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll work closely with departments such as Support, Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure our customers have a seamless experience with our services. Your deep understanding of where Deel is hiring and our range of offerings—including payroll, HR, and product solutions—will empower you to effectively assist our customers.
One of your primary tasks will be to set up outreach campaigns tailored to our customer base. This proactive approach will not only help in preventing and eliminating churn but also in fostering strong relationships with our clients. You’ll be tasked with nurturing a larger portfolio of clients, promoting their growth within the Deel ecosystem.

To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, with a focus on managing a regional or global book of business. Experience in designing outreach campaigns and automation processes is essential, as is a proven track record in handling escalations and addressing challenging customer situations. We value ownership and accountability, so a proactive mindset is a must.
Fluency in English and German is required, both written and spoken, as you will be engaging with clients across EMEA. Being based within the EMEA timezone will facilitate effective communication and collaboration with both clients and team members.
Bonus Skills
If you have experience working with international clients and teams across various time zones, that’s a significant plus. Additionally, experience in remote teamwork and working within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment will set you apart. Familiarity with the fintech or HR tech sectors will also be advantageous, as it aligns closely with Deel's services and offerings.
