Job Description

As Project Manager at Thule Groups Global Product Development Center it will be your mission to inspire and motivate your global cross functional team members to secure that we deliver our development projects/new products/ according to specifications in terms of cost time and project budget. You are responsible for driving our projects according to the Thule Project System TPS as well as managing and leading your project team to meet key deliverables during all phases of an ongoing project.
To enjoy your new organization you need a proactive and entrepreneurial personality who thrives in a high speed and team oriented environment. Your ability to build credibility and trust with both team members and management as well as balancing between multiple tasks/priorities and still consistently meeting deadlines will be a key success factor in this position.
You have an academic degree in Engineering/Business Administration together with experience and proven success from a project management role preferably within development of consumer related products.
Furthermore its beneficial with experience within textile industry as well as former collaboration with Asian suppliers.

About our Global Product Development Department
Globally we are over 250 engineers out of the majority is working in our Global Product Development Center in Hillerstorp (Sweden). Our cross functional team consists of highly skilled and motivated members with a wellbalanced variety of experiences. We are a truly global company with an international and multicultural team. English is the language we use in our daily communication. We see a great future with continued passion for product development that is so vital for our growth as a company. We set great value in our working environment and offer great premises designed for product development. In our Global R&D center in Hillerstorp we have expanded with new offices landscapes team rooms and creative areas but also great prototype areas including cut & sew and electronics lab.
