As a Product Designer youll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our Sportsbetting domain. Youll lead the creation of a cohesive design system ensuring that our web and mobile applications are both intuitive and consistent. Your work will involve developing foundational design patterns UI components and comprehensive documentation to support our Sportsbetting domains strategic vision.

Youll play a crucial role in connecting design and engineering ensuring that our systems effectively support the needs of all teams.

Your daily tasks will be

• Identify requirements use cases and user journeys to align with business goals;
  
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative insights to integrate the voice of our customers into your work;
  
• Demonstrate a passion for design excellence inspiring peers and stakeholders alike;
  
• Explore and test divergent ideas converging them into actionable executable visions;
  
• Actively gather and incorporate feedback from peers crossfunctional partners and users to refine designs;
  
• Quickly create sketches mockups and prototypes to visualize and communicate design solutions;
  
• Utilize the strengths and expertise of your team to enhance the product experience;
  
• Present strong informed design perspectives in crossfunctional and leadership meetings;
  
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate designs into reality swiftly.
  

What we expect from you

• 3 years of experience owning the endtoend product design process with a focus on UI/UX;
  
• Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in Figma utilizing its advanced functionalities to create efficient and effective designs;
  
• A portfolio demonstrating a passion for creating simple intuitive and beautiful product experiences;
  
• Pride in both the strategic thinking behind your work and the meticulous alignment of pixels;
  
• Capable of effectively communicating design decisions and rationale to a wide range of stakeholders fostering a collaborative design process;
  
• Proficient in using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions;
  
• Stay current with the latest design tools and methodologies;
  
• Able to thrive in a lowego highly collaborative environment;
  
• Clear and persuasive communicator comfortable in various mediums;
  
• Understand the nuanced differences in designing across different platforms;
  
• A selfstarter with a strong work ethic and a passion for design capable of taking initiative and driving projects to successful completion even in challenging circumstances;
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication;
  
• Previous experience in iGaming is a plus.
