Hays is excited to partner with a prestigious holding company based in Jeddah, seeking to recruit a high-caliber Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to enhance their Finance function. This group is known for its strategic investments across a diverse array of sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy of the group and will support senior management in making informed decisions that enhance business performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models and forecasts that guide strategic decision-making within the organization. Your role will involve conducting thorough analyses of financial data to identify trends and variances, thereby providing actionable insights to senior leadership. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that financial objectives align with the overall business strategy, facilitating effective budget planning and resource allocation.
Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing comprehensive financial reports that present findings and recommendations to executive management. You will also play a crucial role in performance monitoring, enabling the group to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance profitability and growth. Your expertise in financial analysis will be vital in identifying investment opportunities and assessing the potential risks associated with various strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
To be considered for this pivotal role, candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis position. A CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is preferred, as it demonstrates a strong foundation in financial principles and practices. Importantly, candidates must have specific experience within the real estate industry or real estate investment, as this knowledge will be critical in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.
Fluency in Arabic is essential, enabling effective communication within a diverse team and engagement with stakeholders in the region. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
