Multidisciplined engineering firm is looking to add an Associate Vice President of Stormwater Engineering to their Orlando Team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead group of professionals (supervise coordinate and/or review work)
- Meet with and coordinate projects with municipal county and state clients
- Manage larger and/or multidiscipline projects
- Establish staffing needs utilization hiring and training needs through coordination with regional manager/Human Resources
- Lead project design teams
- Assist with design of municipal drainage systems hydraulic studies and pumping stations
- Assist with hydraulic/hydrologic modeling designs for drainage basins water quality improvements and stormwater collection systems
- Assist with business development initiatives
- Use GIS tools to perform analyses
- Prepare stormwater master plan reports/preliminary engineering reports
- Ensure company meets client s needs
- Serve on committees/special project teams
- Obtain permits for stormwater projects
- Mentor/train junior staff
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
- 8 years of Stormwater project design/management experience
- Experience in Consulting Engineering Public Works or Construction
- PE License
- ICPR3 or ICPR4 modeling experience preferred
- Stormwater design regulatory agency requirements knowledge
- Technical writing skills
Salary is commensurate with experience.
