Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead tunnel engineering projects (design planning and project execution in the US and Canada)
- Oversee/implement technical solutions for tunnel design and construction
- Provide oversight in business development proposal development and strategic planning
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Adhere to quality safety and timeline standards
- Collaborate with other teams
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Primary contact for clients and team
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- 12 years of tunnel experience
- PE License in one state with willingness to register in other states
- Advanced knowledge of various tunneling methods/techniques geotechnical aspects and challenging ground conditions
- Project management experience
- Leadership experience
- Familiar with North American tunneling standards/best practices
