Job Description
Midwest multidisciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Lead Engineer to their team in West Palm Beach!
Responsibilities:
- Manage large complex projects
- Manage office performance including client satisfaction project schedule project budget billings and QA/QC
- Evaluate staff performance and provide advice/expertise
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Provide knowledge transfer/training opportunities
- Assist with staffing needs utilization hiring and training
- Lead business development efforts
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Prepare proposals and participate in project interviews
- Provide QA/QC of engineering projects
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10 years of design and project management experience for stormwater transportation utility and/or general civil projects
- PE License or ability to obtain reciprocity
- Experience writing reports business correspondence and proposals
- Experience making presentations and responding to questions from managers clients customers and general public
Salary is commensurate with experience.
