Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships. This role focuses on driving sales through digital channels, engaging potential customers, and converting leads into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and research potential clients through various digital platforms.
    • Utilize social media, email marketing, and other online tools to generate leads.
    • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target market.
  2. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective digital sales strategies.
    • Create tailored presentations and proposals that address client needs and showcase our solutions.
  3. Client Engagement:

    • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to initiate conversations.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and webinars to educate potential customers on our offerings.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Closing Sales:

    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales.
    • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert opportunities into sales.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Reporting and Administration:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including insights and recommendations.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
