Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) First Assist OR Circulate
Start Date: 10/28/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Peterborough NH 03458
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8
Shift Notes: 8 hr Days Mon Fri with some weekends as neededish Some after hours required as needed/ Must Float to PACU when needed/ 40 hrs guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Weekends as needed / Holidays as needed
OnCall Requirements: Oncall as needed

Traveler Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY LOCAL TRAVELERS THAT RESIDE WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. PLEASE INCLUDE THE PERMIT ADDRESS IN THE SUBMISSION TO AVOID ANY DELAYS.
** POSITION IS FOR AN RNFA AND CIRCULATING NEED MUST DO BOTH AS NEEDED AND WILLING TO FLOAT TO PACU AS NEEDED! DOES NOT REQUIRE PRIOR PACU EXPERIENCE!
** WILL NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO FLOAT TO PACU WHEN NEEDED PACU EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.
**Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
** NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the three holidays: Christmas Eve Christmas Day and New Years (If Needed/Scheduled).
- Traveler must be able to scrub on varied cases (total joints spine general OB/GYN)
- Assists surgeon as scrub nurse according to prescribed standards.
- Assists in housekeeping duties and cleanliness of the department as directed to ensure a safe patient environment.
- Traveler must be able to scrub on all varied cases (total joints spine general OB/GYN)
- 2 Plus Years of Experience as an RNFA Required
- High proficiency/experience in Ortho cases Required
- Must be able to SCRUB and Circulate on all routine and emergent cases in Ortho General Gynecological and CSections Required SCRUB EXPERIENCE MUST BE NOTED ON PROFILE
- Must be willing to float to PACU

- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys ACLS and BLS Facility will not pend license/certs)
