Technical Skills:

Java developer requires skills

Backend Technologies (Java 8 Java 11 microservices spring boot Rest APIs) Must have All .
Frameworks (NodeJS or ExpressJS Django) Must haves one of them.
Database Management Systems (MySQL SQL SERVER and PostgreSQL MongoDB and Oracle Database).
Version Control and Web Hosting Platforms (Kubernetes) M ust have Kunbernates.
Devops CI/CD Jenkins Terraform Docker. Optional
ORM Tools(JPA Hibernate) must have.
AWS Cloud Services (EC2 EKS S3 Bucket IAM) Must have AWS Optional AWS certification
Agile Scrum exposure M ust have.
Module lead experience preferred (not mandatory) must be in a position to work independently.
Is well versed with software development best practices.

Must have skillsets Kafka Terraform OAuth Oracle AWS Terraform Aurora PostgresSQL Kafka MSK SQS Distributed Systems.

Application Technology Java Rest Spring Kafka Data Lake Data Mesh AWS Terraform.

Candidate should have Good Appetite to learn & Communication should be good.
At least 50% needs to have handson experience with AWS environments.

Process Skills:

Design Development Testing Implementation

Behavioral Skills :

Experience working with offshore / onshore model

Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Must have strong knowledge in Object oriented development version control release management change management
