To provide administrative support to procurement department. The job duties include monitoring and maintaining current inventory ordering/receiving supplies and scheduling deliveries to ensure that the company has sufficient amount of necessary materials or equipments at any given point of time.
Should be able to evaluate vendors negotiate contracts and prepare Management reports.
Should have a good knowledge of market research along with solid analytical skills to make sure youre identifying the most profitable offers.
Associate degree in supply chain management or relevant courses.
Required 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
Must have an excellent verbal and written communication skills a collaborative attitude the ability to multitask and negotiation skills.
Computer proficiency especially with digital documents and spreadsheets.
Candidate should be available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer
