Summary of the job:
To remain competitive and drive superior business outcome and building a strong presence in private sector.
Maximizing Jonson and Johnson shares in TOP accounts and catching all opportunities.
Adapting with the country direction to implement privatization plan.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans including customer events sales activities and presentations to achieve set goals.
- Be responsible for meeting sales productivity and performance targets within designated budgets and timelines.
- Provide support to key accounts/hospital networks aiding in market access and referral network development.
- Design a strategic clear account action plan with BULs alignment by applying the strategic partnership planning approach.
- Possess a deep understanding of specialized areas and priority products.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products strategies key messages customers and competitors.
- Meet contact coverage and frequency targets through diverse communication channels.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
- Complete all reports accurately and on time.
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly following company procedures.
- Collaborate within the Sales and Marketing team to achieve team and company objectives efficiently.
- Ensure adequate stock levels at the accounts levels with reasonable expiry dates.
- Being on top of business (budget restrictions price reduction pressure and market dynamics)

Qualifications
Qualification & Experience
- Life Sciences or businessrelated bachelors degree.
- A minimum of 4 years industry/ business experience including Private and retail experience.
- Experience in Immunology oncology Hematology and neuroscience is a plus.
- Knowledge of countrybased healthcare system and policies.
- Network among Private sector policy makers and payers.
- Fluency in Arabic and English language is required.
- Strong in building bridges and alliances across functional and regional boundaries to deliver value
