Job Description/Responsibilities
- This role will assist in the following areas: Vulnerability remediation hygiene patching compliance observability capacity management middleware standardization or database standardization.
- Design develop and implement solutions that will add efficiency to our existing processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Create detailed tech specs and documentation for solutions
- Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing and new automated solutions
- Train and support team members on automated solutions
