Job Description:
- Relevant Experience: Degree required along with 5 Years
- Strong development concepts of LIMS (Labware and/or Labvantage)
- Detailed knowledge on Labware LIMS/ELN Architecture Labware Database Structures
- Hands on Experience in LIMS/ELN application development Interfacing Upgrade and validation
- Experience in Labware Modules like LIMS/ELN Stability EM Inventory Storage Location Management Instrument Interfaces Lot Sample Management
- Serve as interface between stakeholders and IT
- Resolve or escalate LIMS issues to appropriate IT teams
- Prioritize team LIMS needs for fixes and/or enhancements
- Ability to learn and understand lab field and greenhouse operations
- Experience with Agile Software development and JIRA
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Hands on experience on requirement gathering and configuration/development of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Experience in Labware Modules like LIMS Stability EM Inventory Storage Location Management Instrument Interfaces Lot Sample Management for Clinical Trial Manufacturing Domain
- Ability to Solve all Technical Issues in Labware LIMS/ELN including Interfaces to ERP Label Printing Software MDM and all modules.
- Have hands on experience in SDLC and Agile model delivery & in ITIL and ITSM process integrations.
- Labware Certification.
- Proven ability to support a large organization that spans multiple locations
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help with quarter and month end activities around getting files ready so thirdparty provider can file the returns.
- Manual filing/reporting of W2s Federal Return quarterly and key payment into thirdparty vendor for payment for a small number of residents who work outside the Country.
- Provide support to internal and external partners by analyzing and resolving agency inquiries and notices from federal state and local taxing authorities.
- Resolve employee inquires via email and ticketing system.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned or required.
- Help with monthly SAP system testing including SAP Tax changes and SUI Rate Changes.
- Partner with Mobility and EY on assignee tax activities.
- Enter W2C into thirdparty system for employee access.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- LIMS configuration
- LIMS Support to fix and/or escalate issues to appropriate IT teams
- Candidate will be coordinating across multiple teams and team members to unblock challenges and progress each delivery item
- Knowledge of Crop Science
- Conduct Gap/Risk Assessment
- Knowledge of any scripting language is desirable
