DS Technologies Inc is looking for RN Medical Surgical role for one of our premier clients.
Overview:
The RN Medical Surgical position is a fulltime role with 12hour shifts at Swedish First Hill. Nurses are empowered in a culture of patientfocused care with a commitment to wholeperson health. This position offers a $10000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates in addition to Providences comprehensive benefits package.

RN Medical Surgical
Responsibilities:
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
- Develop and update patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor record and communicate patient condition
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care
- Facilitate learning for patients families and healthcare teams
- Promote patient safety and use evidencebased practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Lead and coordinate teams in the healthcare setting
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- BLS American Heart Association upon hire
- NRP American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience in a Med/Surg environment
- Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty
