DS Technologies Inc is looking for Director Biomedical Engineering role for one of our premier clients.
Overview:
Provides leadership and is responsible for the implementation of the UHS corporate Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) program and services. The role involves setting strategic goals overseeing technology integration operations risk management security and vendor relationships to ensure optimal patient safety and experience at UHS facilities.
Position:
Director Biomedical Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Implement and lead the UHS HTM program across facilities
- Define strategic direction including goal setting and technology assessment
- Oversee operations security and vendor/contract management
- Ensure regulatory compliance for medical devices
- Develop and manage KPIs
- Collaborate with UHS leadership to strengthen relationships
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in healthcare technology management
- Leadership experience in medical equipment management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (CMS TJC CLIA AABB NRC)
- Certificationlevel education required
- Management experience required
- Willingness to travel occasionally
