DS Technologies Inc is looking for Development Manager Risk Technology role for one of our premier clients.
We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead a team within the Risk Technology division at Jefferies. The candidate will need to balance handson leadership with managing development teams in a fastpaced environment ensuring technical quality and project delivery.
Position: Contract (3 months potential for extension)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a software development team ensuring successful project delivery.
- Provide handson technical oversight particularly in Java Python and database technologies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee team management including resource planning and technical direction.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing development teams in a fastpaced highstakes environment.
- Strong handson expertise in Java Python and various database technologies.
- Ability to handle client interactions and ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
- Seniority and executive presence to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
NicetoHave:
- Experience in Broker/Dealer Risk Technology.
Additional Information:
- Start Date: ASAP (Targeting late October)
- Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite in NYC office)
Candidate Details:
