Job Description

A more senior Tester extremely wellrounded member of a team which plans constructs and executesproduct system unit load volume and networktests and works with others for release control processes.

ODRC expects a more senior Tester to beextremely well rounded member of a team which plans constructs and executesproduct tests system tests unit tests load tests volume tests networktests as well as works with others for release control processes. The more experienced Tester manages plansconstructs and executes tests and integrates with release control process.

Education:

Preferred Education: 4yearcollege degree

Years of Relevant Experience: 7 plus years

Requirement Description:

This position will function as ahighly skilled Tester 4 for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation andCorrection Agency with specific responsibilities that include:

Creates test models for product test and releasecontrol (plans data and scripts).

Determine time estimates and schedule for workefforts.

Creates quality standards.

Completes assigned tasks.

Creates product test plans and criteria foracceptance for all testers.

Assists in the planning creation and control ofthe test environments.

Works to enhance testing skills and build technicaland business knowledge within the testing team.

Generally aware of new developments in industry andprocesses and ability to apply to work as appropriate.

Determine time estimates and schedule for own workand resolve issues in a timely manner.
