46 year of experience in finance and accounting with a focus on Commercial Real Estate
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Detail oriented and ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency with financial software systems applications and proficiency with Microsoft Windows software programs MRI and AVID experience a plus
Proficient in Account Payable Cash Management and Bank Reconciliations
Job Description/Role Requirement for Commercial Real Estate:
Daily monitor bank accounts for incoming transactions low balances excess funds
Review cash needs and initiate investment purchase or redemption transactions in CashPro
Process daily cash transactions in CashPro
Review and process debt payments confirm completion of payment in CashPro
Maintain bank tables for bank account mapping drivers for cash reporting in MRI
Coordination of property management fee payments with team for processing via AvidPay
Maintain Journal Entry import Excel files
Bank reconciliation resolutions
Invoices paid by Title Co activity to be recorded in MRI
Review of Interentity reconciliations
Review of Management Fee reconciliations and accruals
Review of Bank Reconciliations
