Business Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer with strong software development expertise to drive innovative initiatives and projects. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our business intelligence capabilities and developing advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical proficiency logical reasoning and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the CEO of Holdings and Director of Software Development to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Design develop and implement AIdriven systems that enhance operational efficiency and client engagement such as automated medical intake processes.
• Build and optimize algorithms based on business specifications to derive actionable insights from data.
• Develop and integrate opensource CRM solutions ensuring analytics capabilities are embedded and responsive to user interactions.
• Conduct thorough research to manipulate logic and improve system performance; selflearn new technologies as needed.
• Ensure that all developed systems are operationally viable and meet the specified project requirements.
• Participate in logic and skill assessments as part of the screening process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript and experience with MySQL databases.
• Strong understanding of AI development and machine learning concepts.
• Intermediate to expert skills in algorithm development and data analysis.
• Exceptional logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently without extensive supervision.
