Job Description
Remote with flexible travel to the client
Responsibilities:
- (Messaging/ Exchange/ M365)
- An expert with 7 years of indepth handson experience in the following technology for supporting large enterprise client.
- Extensive knowledge of enduser computing technologies including Windows macOS SCCM Intune Image management Application packaging mobile device management (MDM) Citrix and AVD.
- Proficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange Office 365 Microsoft Teams One drive Zoom and WebEx.
- Knowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure security and cloud services.
- An expert with 7 years of indepth handson experience in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange Office 365 Microsoft Teams One Drive SharePoint Zoom and WebEx.
- Proficient (level 3 expert) in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange Office 365 Microsoft Teams Sharepoint One drive.
- Mobile device management (MDM Workspace One and Intune).
- Exposure in migration of devices from one platform to other (Workspace One to Intune)
