Senior Business Analyst

Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience, including at least 2-3 years in IOT, telematics or GPS software development. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software development projects.
• Conduct research to understand industry trends, user needs, and business processes.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
  

Project Planning and Management:

• Participate in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track milestones.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and manage potential risks or issues proactively.
  

Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and development teams.
• Ensure clear communication of project goals and requirements.
  

Business Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving business processes and workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
• Present business cases and feasibility studies for process improvement initiatives.
  

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare detailed documentation including functional specifications, user cases, and process flows.
• Take the Initiative to develop regular progress reports, status updates, and project documentation and work this with BA team.

Desired candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IOT, telematics or GPS software development.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, business process modeling, data flow analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in creating SRS, BRD, workflows, and prototypes, with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Figma, and Microsoft Suite.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly gross salary ranging from BHD 300 to BHD 500 , based on experience and competency.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD300.000 - BD500.000 per month
