Role: Project Manager Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management & Healthcare Entity Engagement
Duration: Long Term Contract
Start: ASAP
Location: 90% Remote (Visit Boston MA offices once per quarter)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Healthcare Entity Engagement projects. The Project Manager will be reporting directly to the Senior Director Technology Program Management with dotted line matrixed reporting to the Senior Director Business Engagement & Technology. The Project Manager will manage projects to implement two technology platforms. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in contract management and healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects a deep understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and experience working with healthcare entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage endtoend projects related to Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management and Healthcare Entity Engagement.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope schedule and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress track milestones and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues providing regular updates to stakeholders.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for:
- Program and Workstream Governance
- Scope Management
- Schedule Management
- Resource Management
- Financial Management
- Risk and Issue Management (including crossfunctional impact assessment/mitigation)
- Dependency Management (both within the program and externally)
- Integration Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Communications and Change Management
- Business Adoption and Acceptance / Client Satisfaction
Skills / Tools
- Experience practicing project feature prioritization and backlog grooming methods
- Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and reports
- Demonstrate ability to accurately track and forecast financials and provide accrual information to Finance
- Understanding of the principles of finance and cost benefit analysis (e.g. capitalized amortized and expensed costs opportunity costs soft and hard dollar benefits payback ROI ROE NPV etc.)
