About Us:
We are committed to creating value for our investors and portfolio companies through strategic investments and active management. We are currently seeking a motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities including market research financial modeling and valuation.
- Deal Execution: Assist in the execution of investment transactions including preparing investment memoranda presentations and conducting meetings with management teams and industry experts.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and support the performance of portfolio companies collaborating with management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor analysis and market conditions to identify new investment opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members contributing to deal sourcing negotiation and execution processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 24 years of experience in private equity investment banking or management consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial databases (e.g. Bloomberg Capital IQ).
