Studsvik is looking for a Business Area Manager to lead our growth journey within fuel and material technology. Our goal is to become the leading international research laboratory within the nuclear industry and we are looking for someone who wants to be a part of that vision.
About the Role: As Business Area Manager you will be responsible for our entire fuel and material technology business area. You will lead and drive the organization by developing business opportunities and relationships identifying new market segments and contributing to our growth. Your role is crucial to our strategic direction and you are expected to be a key player in helping us reach new heights.

Who Are You
- You have extensive experience in sales and business development preferably in technically advanced or regulated industries such as energy medicine or aviation.
- You are a strong communicator and a skilled leader who thrives in both international and operational environments.
- You have experience with profit and budget responsibility and are motivated by leading change and building longterm relationships.
- Experience in the nuclear industry or another highly regulated industry is particularly advantageous.
