• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and release schedule for data products.
• Manage product backlog and assist with planning the upcoming pipeline.
• Translate business requirements into detailed data product specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring products to life ensuring technical and business alignment.
• Work closely with data engineering platform teams and stakeholders to develop and launch data products.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback market trends and business goals.
• Collaborate with teams to create comprehensive documentation for data products including user guides technical specs and FAQs.
• Ensure data mapping lineage definitions and controls are well documented within data management tools.
• Codevelop the data product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to testing deployment and support.
• Ensure the scalability reliability security and regulatory compliance of data products.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure product success analyze product performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Regularly communicate product updates and strategic vision to stakeholders conveying technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Lead and inspire crossfunctional teams fostering innovation and commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with solution architects engineering managers and business analysts to design highimpact data solutions.
• Work closely with business line SMEs product owners and analysts to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle ensuring highquality and timely delivery.
• Align technical development with business objectives and effectively communicate progress with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Experience: 10 years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Technical Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL programming or any other programming language.
• Proven success in developing and bringing new products to market.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence data warehousing dimensional data modeling and data visualization technologies.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI Tableau) data modeling ETL processes and SQL.
• Experience leading crossfunctional teams without direct supervision.
• Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Experience designing frameworks processes and metrics for data functions within the banking services domain.

• Experience in the Banking and Finance domain including knowledge of data management core banking processes card transactions payments loan processing and fraud management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks and data processing frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with business intelligence or corporate performance management applications supporting business customers.
• Proven ability to execute highimpact initiatives and manage simultaneous responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
