Roles and responsibilities
We are seeking a CLM Functional Consultant to drive the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools. This role will involve configuring and customizing systems to align with client needs and optimizing contract management processes through collaboration and expert recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis:
- Assess client contract management processes, types, data sources, workflows, and reporting requirements.

Configuration & Documentation:
- Design and document configurations for the CLM tool, including templates, clauses, metadata, rules, roles, permissions, integrations, and dashboards.

Best Practices Implementation:
- Configure the CLM tool following industry best practices, ensuring adherence to platform standards.

Testing & Validation:
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of the CLM tool configuration, troubleshooting and resolving any functional and technical issues.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Support UAT, providing guidance and training to users, and assist in the deployment and transition to the client’s support team.

Requirements Gathering:
- Engage in requirements gathering sessions to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Documentation:
- Create comprehensive business and solution documents, user stories, and test cases to support implementation.

Client Interaction:
- Provide CLM tool demonstrations to prospective clients and lead discussions in large project environments.
- Be agile and responsive to the customer’s needs and requirements.
- Assisting the Associate Director in all matters relating to legal engineering and legal design.
- Working closely with the customer to ensure that the AI software is functioning correctly and meeting their requirements
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of both the technical and functional aspects of CLM tools.
- Relevant certification in any CLM tool.
- Proven track record in leading functional and project management aspects of large CLM implementations.
- Expertise in translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and troubleshooting CLM configurations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
- Strong communication skills, particularly in engaging with stakeholders and leading training sessions.

The role is primarily remote; however, if you are based in the London area, a hybrid work setup will be expected.
