Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Investment Banking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting senior bankers in executing transactions conducting financial analyses and preparing presentations for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions capital raising and other financial advisory transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling valuation analysis and industry research.
- Prepare pitch books presentations and detailed financial reports for client meetings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.
- Maintain and update financial databases and models.
- Manage and mentor analysts providing guidance on projects and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 24 years of experience in investment banking private equity or a related financial sector.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial databases (e.g. Bloomberg Capital IQ).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to highquality work.
Salary Range:
- The expected salary range for this position is $90000 $130000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Performance bonuses and additional compensation may apply.
