Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Financial Controlling Europe to play a crucial role in our finance leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Evacs European legal entities ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency in all financial matters. This is a strategic leadership position where you will guide a team of talented finance professionals and drive continuous improvements in our financial processes.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead the European Finance Team: Inspire and manage a team of 6 professionals to deliver highquality financial reporting and operational excellence across the region.
  • Ensure Compliance & Integrity: Oversee financial performance ensuring compliance with IFRS tax regulations and internal financial policies.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Monitor key financial metrics such as revenue costs cash flow and invoicing to support Evacs overall business objectives.
  • Strengthen Financial Processes: Implement and improve financial processes systems and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide insightful financial guidance and foster strong working relationships.
  • Champion Growth & Development: Motivate and mentor your team fostering a culture of continuous learning development and high performance.

What Youll Bring:

  • Experience: 510 years in financial management within an international company with deep knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead inspire and develop highperforming teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong command of ERP systems and financial reporting tools with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strategic Mindset: You are proactive solutionsoriented and passionate about driving change and innovation in financial processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of working effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Education: Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
