Job Description
Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst
Location: Onsite 3 days/week and 2 days remote in Plano TX Pennington NJ or Charlotte NC.
Duration: 3 years contract
Looking for someone with handson experience with SQL VBA Coding PEGA Dev Studio Tableau UI Path Splunk Salesforce or any other tool for that matter.

Conceptual understanding of /exposure to middleware/services (eg MULE Kafka APIs) needs to be able to write technical stories / ask the relevant questions to ensure technical requirements are captured
Responsibilities:
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
- Liaise between various business departments and groups
- Assess options for process improvement including business process modeling
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects processes and operations
- Understand document and clearly explain complex business requirements and processes
- Influence / recommend target state business architecture from current state
- Transform target state processes to a functional design
- Analyze and organize business data for easier understanding access and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with project managers and crossfunctional teams
Requirements:
- Ability to write technical stories and ask the relevant questions to ensure technical requirements are captured
- Ability to work in a large complex organization and influence various stakeholders and partners
- Selfstarter that can initiate work independently
- Strong team player able to seamlessly transition between contributing individually and collaborating on team projects
- AML or other financial regulatory experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate quantitative topics to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Ability to effectively presents findings data and conclusions to influence senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
