Tasks:
- Builds and maintains strong longterm relationships with existing customers to ensure recurring business and customer loyalty
- Achieves igned sales targets actively managing and growing the agreed portfolio
- Handles the entire order from receiving and processing to shipment confirmation
- Cooperates with ASM and After Sales Dept to ensure excellent customer buying experience and effectiveness
- Manages sales pipeline ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales data lead conversion rate and sales trends to Inside Sales Team Leader
- Provides administrative support to external sales team including preparing offers proposals legal doents
- Qualifies new customers and proposes on site meetings to those ones that show interest and high potential
Profile:
- adopts upselling and crossselling behavoiur on a le basis accurate offer management (options) and followup
- Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries resolving issues related to product availability (alternatives) pricing (special conditions) and delivery conditions
- 3 years of professional experience
- Expertise in Sales ideally in similar business model especially in the B2B sector
- High organizational ss and competence in interdisciplinary international settings
- Very good communication ss written and spoken in Italian and English
