Forklift Mechanic
Pay:$2024/hr. DOE
Hours:MondayFriday 7AM3:30PM (Some OT on occasion)

Location: Catoosa Oklahoma
Job Description:
Routine Maintenance: Inspect clean and lubricate forklift parts to maintain optimal performance standards.
Diagnose & Trouble: Identify and resolve mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety checks to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Repairs & Replacements: Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as engines brakes transmissions and steering mechanisms.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance and repair work including parts used and labor hours.
Performance Testing: Test forklifts after repairs to confirm proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
Operator Guidance: Provide training and guidance to operators on proper forklift usage and maintenance procedures.
Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to improve maintenance practices.
MustHave Qualifications:
Experience in preventative maintenance.
Strong knowledge and handson experience with mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems.
Ability to diagnose and repair complex issues efficiently.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleing.
Excellent attention to detail organizational and problemsolving ss.
Strong timemanagement ss to prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow supervisory instructions.
Ability to p a 10panel drug screen and background check.
