Site Supervisor

What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading the Team: You ll organize and supervise operations onsite working closely with the Branch Manager to keep everything on schedule.
  
• Making Sure Were Ready: You ll order the materials and services needed to get the job done ensuring that timelines are met and that every project is set up for success.
  
• Safety First: You ll prepare Risk essments and od Statements (RAMS) and make sure all work is carried out safely following our strict standards.
  
• Quality Control: You ll ensure that the Quality Plan is in place and that records are kept so we maintain the high standards we re known for.
  
• Keeping Everyone Informed: You ll attend coordination and safety meetings providing updates and making sure any challenges are addressed quickly.
  
• Reporting and Admin: You ll prepare weekly reports and manage the weekly wages making sure everything is accurate and ready for approval.
  

What Were Looking For:

• Industry Knowledge: You ve got solid experience in the flat roofing industry and any knowledge of facade and cladding works is a huge plus.
  
• Leadership Ss: You re confident in managing a team and leading by example onsite.
  
• Qualified: You hold an SMSTS qualification and ideally you either have or are working towards a CSCS Black Card.
  
• Organised and TechSavvy: You re comfortable using computers and have a good grasp of general software to keep things running efficiently.
  
• Problem Solver: You can think on your feet and aren t afraid to tackle challenges headon.
