Job Description
Position: IT Contracting Specialist
Location: Praha 4Nusle Czech Republic
Type: Contract (12 Months)
Rate/Salary: Negotiable.
No of positions 01.
Vendor Management: Liaise with IT vendors negotiate terms and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare review and negotiate IT contracts including software licenses cloud services and hardware agreements.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure contracts align with internal policies and external regulations mitigating risks in areas such as data protection and intellectual property.
Cost Management: Work closely with finance teams to manage budgets track spending and identify costsaving opportunities.
Procurement Support: Collaborate with the procurement team to support the IT sourcing process ensuring competitive bidding and supplier selection.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a point of contact between IT legal finance and procurement teams to facilitate smooth contract .
Business License Requirement: The need for a Business License may imply that the specialist should have legal authorization to engage in business contracting activities independently.
