Job Description

This is a remote position.

Due to continued growth our client are looking to recruit an experienced solicitor/legal executive with a demonstrated background in housing disrepair.

Our client is committed to ensuring that individuals and families have access to safe and habitable living conditions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in representing clients in cases related to housing disrepair ensuring that their rights are protected and seeking just compensation for damages. The successful candidate will work remotely serving clients across England and Wales and will be responsible for managing a caseload efficiently providing expert legal advice and conducting negotiations and litigation when necessary.



Requirements

  • Must be a qualified solicitor/CILEX.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months experience in housing disrepair.
  • Be a confident litigator.
  • Ideally based in the SouthEast of England.
