Job Description
The our client operates a power plant utilizing stateoftheart equipment and technology while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental management.
Position: Finance Manager.
Salary: Negotiable (THB.)
Employment Status: Permanent.
Location: Map ta phut Muang Rayong.
Working: Monday Friday.
Starting Date: ASAP.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager is responsible for delivering finance support services and managing team to carry out important roles in looking after corporate finance management and ysis provide financial management report for management decision making.
- Manage and oversee all finance activities including financial management to support companys business.
- Control and oversee the financial statements including the budgetary report are prepared on time in accordance with the elished companys policy and are in compliance with Thai GAAP related rules and regulations and tax law for the statutory accounts for internal and external reporting purpose.
- Conduct budget and forecasting activities. Prepare and execute the delivery of accurate budget information and forecasts with variance ysis compared to actual results.
- Manage budget control systems and yze variance reporting and performance reporting including provide recommendation for improvement.
- yze data information and financial modelling to accurately reflect the impact of proposed business scenario and financial environment and provide results/strategies for management decisions.
- Review financial risks yze impacts and propose ways to minimize the risks with recommendation to management.
- Manage compliance in a timely and accurate manner and ensure all administrative process required under project finance doents and lenders requirements are satisfactorily fulfilled in corresponding to the business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance Accounting or related fields
- At least 10 years experience in management level in corporate finance management and background in power plant business or heavy industry is advantage
- Effectively work independently and teamwork with all levels of staff within the company and external parties (mainly banks and financial institutions)
- Effectively manage relationship and influence people
- Effectively manage projects/tasks (project management ss) to ensure successful delivery
- Strong ytical interpersonal communication and organizational ss
- Good decision making and problemsolving ss
- Good human relations negotiation and presentation ss
- Good command of English both spoken and written language as well as computer proficiency (Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint are essential)
