JD:

Configure and customize HR Mini Master in S/4 and Employee Central

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specification and configurations

Provide expert guidance on the integration of HR Mini Master from other data sources (example Workday)

Ensure smooth data migration and testing of HR Mini Master configurations

Ss :

Experience: Minimum 35 years of hands on experience in SAP HCM with strong focus on HR Mini Master configuration

Expertise in configuring SAP HCM modules particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)

Strong knowledge of HR Mini Master functionalities and integration points

Experience in data migration LSMW and troubleing configuration issues

Familiarity with SAP reporting tools

Understanding of SAP HR data structure and processes

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus
