Job Description
Job Title: Regulatory Data yst
Location: Downtown Boston MA (onsite 4 days a week)
Duration: 3 to 6 months contract to hire
Primary Duties: Requirements review data ysis creation of technical specifications development team support quality urance implementation tracking and production validation support.
Additional Responsibilities: Oversight and management of igned submissions and reports ensuring timely delivery and supporting inquiries from internal and external recipients.
Possible Future Role: Lead role within the group overseeing projects and team resources.
Required Knowledge Ss and Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 58 years of software development experience experience in querying relational databases data mapping and transformation knowledge of structured ysis experience with SDLC odology SQL proficiency strong communication organizational ytical and technical ss.
Work Habits: Ability to work with minimal direction ability to lead and motivate others ability to work on multiple projects concurrently strong collaboration ss attention to detail team player.
Duties and Responsibilities: Business requirements ysis work effort estimation functional and system specifications development collaboration with the development team use cases development design support testing and change monitoring data and transformation mapping test plans and cases development involvement in various testing stages management of requirement and testing responsibilities and audit and market conduct exams support.
Valued Ss: Knowledge of the Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience with statutory and compliancerelated reporting MS Office suite proficiency prior supervisory experience exposure to DB2 and SQL Server databases exposure to Cloud technologies innovative thinking.
