We are looking for an Independent candidate.
We are seeking a highly sed individual with extensive experience in designing building and managing full endtoend implementations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in GCP architecture coupled with handson experience in building scalable and secure cloud solutions. The Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in guiding cloud adoption designing cloud solutions and ensuring the successful implementation of cloud projects across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities: Architect and Design Cloud Solutions: Design and develop comprehensive GCP cloud solutions that align with business needs ensuring high availability security and scalability.
EndtoEnd Implementation: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of GCP cloud implementations from initial strategy and design to deployment testing and golive.
Cloud Infrastructure Build: Design and implement cloud infrastructure including compute storage network security and management services within GCP.
Project Management: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (DevOps engineering data and security) to drive project planning timelines and for GCP projects.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that all GCP architecture follows best practices for security compliance and governance integrating identity management encryption and logging mechanisms.
Optimize Performance and Cost: Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure efficient performance high availability and costeffectiveness.
Automation and Orchestration: Develop and implement automation strategies using GCPnative tools such as Cloud Functions Cloud Run and Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to streamline deployment and operations.
Disaster Recovery and Backups: Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions including backups high availability architectures and faulttolerant systems.
Doentation and Knowledge Sharing: Produce detailed architecture diagrams technical doentation and cloud best practices for both internal teams and clients.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 6 years of handson experience in cloud architecture and solutions engineering with at least 3 years focused on Google Cloud Platform.
Certifications: GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
Technical Ss:
o Deep understanding of GCP services including Compute Engine Cloud Storage BigQuery Cloud SQL Pub/Sub GKE Cloud Functions and IAM.
o Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
o Strong knowledge of networking VPC design security best practices and identity management on GCP.
o Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform Ansible or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices on GCP using tools such as Jenkins Cloud Build or GitLab CI.
o Experience in building and managing scalable data processing pipelines using GCPs data services (e.g. DataFlow BigQuery).
Soft Ss:
o Strong communication and interpersonal ss to work effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
o Problemsolving mindset with the ability to yze complex technical challenges and provide clear and innovative solutions.
o Project management experience with the ability to lead and deliver highimpact cloud projects on time.
Preferred Ss: Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and multicloud strategies.
Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as GDPR HIPAA and SOC2.
Strong understanding of application modernization techniques (e.g. cloudnative serverless).
