kaiserkraft a strong brand of TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Stuttgart as Product Experience Managerto shape the future of work!
Tasks:
- Create a unique product experience by creating and delivering relevant product information and product content on appropriate channels
- Ensure that relevant product content is accessible to the customer along the entire customer journey
- Conceptual development of product gotomarket content strategies
- Development creation and maintenance of product content (e.g. product texts product images product videos animations graphics landing pages)
- Proactive development of ideas to optimize product display product information and product presentation
- Continuous updating maintenance and further development of channel and segmentspecific product communication for all platforms and channels
- Project and topicrelated management of interdisciplinary teams and external service providers including the handling of corrections and releases
- Coordination and briefing of external service providers for the creation of productrelated content. Control of development approvals and postprocessing as well as maintenance in the databases and PIM systems.
Profile:
- Professional experience in marketing product management or product experience management
- Experience in content creation especially graphics and text ideally in the context of B2B product communication
- Knowledge in the marketing of technical products
- Customerfocused thinking
- Project management experience
- High sales and performance orientation
- Experience in working with product information and content management systems and an understanding of technical interrelationships
