WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING

- Bachelor degree in Architecture or related discipline is a must
- Fluent in both English and French is a requirement for the position
- Great ability to produce detailed 2D fitout plans and follow through with comprehensive construction pack.
- Previous experience in architecture or drawing firms is a great advantage

CAPAGO is a French provider of outsourcing services for European governments and their diplomatic missions responsible for financing and managing visa application centers to process their Schengen visa applications.
We currently operate in 10 countries and welcome more than 250000 visa applicants each year.
As part of our development we are looking to strengthen our Infrastructure Department is seeking a dedicated individual to join and expand our team as an Infrastructure Officer.
DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
The infrastructure officer manages infrastructure processes ensuring system administration smooth complex system installation and development of infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities of the Infrastructure Officerare as follows:
2D fit out plans for tender submissions
Handling of maintenance tickets for all visa application centres
Construction pack and joinery packs
Executing projects and implements infrastructure solutions while respecting the budget and quality of the construction work while collaborating with other professionals on site
Negotiating with suppliers and contractors
Producing and keeping technical doentation up to date
Providing technical specifications and cost estimates.
Providing istance to the infrastructure Director when needed
REQUIRED SS
Meticulous attention to detail and be accurate in your work ;
Able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment ;
Excellent communication ss in writing and email ;
Good negotiation ss ;
DIPLOMAS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Architecture
Previous experience in architecture or drawing firms
Great ability to produce detailed 2D fitout plans and follow through with comprehensive construction pack.
Onsite project management experience

HIERARCHIC REATTACHMENT
In terms of a hierarchy the Infrastructure Officerwill report directly to the Infrastructure Director.
