The Sales Specialist is responsible to support the Sales Team in all backoffice activities that will help elish a solid base to successfully develop the penger car business in Spain. Additionally he/she will also be responsible to create the sales communication tools and processes with our Dealer Partners.
This position reports directly to the Sales Manager in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the dealers in placing new vehicles orders and follow the delivery process with all different stakeholders.
- Ensure the vehicles are delivered on time and support the dealers to reach the registrations target.
- Control the different bonus payments to the Dealer Network and ensure that payments are made on time.
- Ensure that all doents related to new vehicles orders are supplied to the Dealers.
- Prepare different reports requested by the Headquarters in Europe and China.
- Sales Planning ss to consolidate demand and ess demand vs market potential.
- Support the sales team with all activities related to new Dealers appointments.
- Train the Dealers in new processes and using BYD IT systems.
- Support the Regional Field Sales Managers on the Business Plans preparation and KPIs follow up.
- Support the successful launch of BYDs product offensive.
Your Profile
- Written Communications ss.
- Data ysis ss.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Customeroriented mindset.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively and excellent organizational ss.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Chinese will be a plus.
- 2 years work experience in the automotive industry.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or marketing.
- Pionate about creating a more sustainable future.
