CAPAGO is a French provider of outsourcing services for European governments and their diplomatic missions responsible for financing and managing visa application centers to process their Schengen visa applications.
We currently operate in 10 countries and welcome more than 250000 visa applicants each year.
As part of our development we are looking to strengthen our Recruitment Department and are looking for a Recruitment Officer looking for new challenges within a dynamic and human focused company.
DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the search and selection of staff. This includes managing the entire recruitment process from creating job advertisements to hiring the best candidate with the signing of the job offer.
Since humans are at the heart of Capagos activities the Recruitment Officer must use all available resources to find potential candidates and attract the best talent. Recruitments are made for all positions at Capago from drivers to company managers.
You will directly report the the Group Recruitment Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for:
Collecting recruitment needs from the Recruitment Manager;
Organizing a preliminary interview with the hiring Manager to fully understand the position to be filled (context duties desired ss contractual and financial conditions and preferred recruitment process);
Creating getting approval for and publishing job offers on Capagos tools and platforms;
Collecting sorting and processing profiles received on Capagos tools and platforms;
Making an initial selection of applications and submitting them to the hiring Manager;
Organizing and conducting job interviews in accordance with elished procedures;
Sending collecting and verifying recruitment tests for candidates;
Managing the reference checking process;
Declining and informing unsuccessful candidates;
Ping all information of selected candidates to the Human Resources team members responsible for drafting contractual doents;
Keeping recruitment tracking sheets and various recruitment tools up to date;
Regularly communicating with Managers about the recruitment processes
Ensuring that the regulatory aspects of the recruitment process comply with local legislation.
DIPLOMAS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor or Master degree HR related preferably;
A first experience in the recruitment industry would be ideal (02 years experience max)
A good command of Google Suite
