Job Description
Job Title: Technical Writer
Our client is seeking a professional Technical Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of knowledge management and a keen eye for detail. The Technical Writer will play an integral role in our team by developing and doenting crucial standard operating procedures taxonomy metadata data and knowledge standards.
Responsibilities:
- isting in the development and doentation of standard operating procedures taxonomy metadata data and knowledge standards. This will involve communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Conducting audits of the current state of knowledge management content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ensuring that the content is accurate consistent and easy to use. This will involve regularly reviewing and updating content as necessary.
- Utilizing HTML coding ss to create content style and functionality that enhances user experience.
- Designing user experiences and developing business requirements to enhance knowledge management. This will involve working closely with the design and development teams.
- Identifying special techniques to improve content templates conducting research and authoring style guides for knowledge management.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Technical Writing Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML coding.
- Excellent communication and writing ss.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with knowledge management systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
