Our client is seeking a professional Technical Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of knowledge management and a keen eye for detail. The Technical Writer will play an integral role in our team by developing and doenting crucial standard operating procedures taxonomy metadata data and knowledge standards.
Responsibilities:

- Designing user experiences and developing business requirements to enhance knowledge management. This will involve working closely with the design and development teams.
- Identifying special techniques to improve content templates conducting research and authoring style guides for knowledge management.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Technical Writing Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML coding.
